Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@thecozytails.com with your order number.
  • After 12 hours, your order will be in processing and cannot be canceled or changed, as it will already be in the fulfillment queue.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand behind our products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or free replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
  • Your order is lost in transit and hasn’t arrived within 30 business days.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To request a refund, contact us at support@thecozytails.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Refunds Are Not Offered If:

  • You change your mind after the order ships
  • The item doesn’t arrive due to incorrect address input
  • Delivery is refused or returned to sender
  • There are minor delays due to customs, holidays, or local delivery schedules

Return Policy

Due to our international shipping setup, we do not accept physical returns at this time.
If your order qualifies under our refund or replacement conditions, we’ll resolve the issue without requiring the item to be returned.

Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds are:

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 3–5 business days (bank time may vary)
